How long does it take for the Press Release to be distributed?

The approval process of press release takes up to 24 hours to be processed by the editorial team.

Tips: To allow your press release to be syndicated on time,we suggest you to schedule your press release ahead and submit it for approval earlier on. An approved press release will be distributed according to scheduled time and distribution report will be ready within 24 hours.

How do I know when the distribution of my press release is complete?

We will notify you when your press release is published. A copy of distribution report will be sent to you.

Do I get a report on the distribution?

Yes, we will send you a copy of distribution report so you can see where your press release has reached.

Can I use your service for free?

We do not offer any free trial period at the moment, but you can have a first trial to distribute a single press release at 300 USD. Or try our 3 months starter pack at 750 USD for 3 press releases.

Note that each entity is entitled only once to either first trial or 3 months starter pack.

How will my credit be consumed?

Once your subscription commences, your account will immediately be loaded with credit. Your credit will be consumed with every press release submission.

Can I undo my submission and get back my credit?

Once submitted, your credit will be deducted. Withdrawing of submission is allowed without any return of credit.

If I want to take down my release, can I get back my credit?

Your credit will be consumed once you submit your press release. If you wish to have a published release to be taken down, kindly submit your request using this form. A handling fee of $10 will be charged for each request.

What if my press release is not approved, will my credit be consumed ?

In such event, you will be returned the previously-charged credit. You may edit/ change the content of your release for a resubmission, thereby consuming the returned credit.

What if I need more submission quota than my subscription?

If you see such increase in quota as a long term need, we would suggest a membership upgrade for a more cost effective consumption.

If your need is a one-time surge, a quota top up will be the right solution for you. Speak to our sales team to discuss on your need here.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes. You can both upgrade or downgrade your subscription depending on your need.

Will my credit expires?

Expiry date may or may not apply to your press release credits. Depending on the agreed terms during purchase/subscription, different types of purchased credits/plans will have different expiry period.

What are my payment options – credit card and/or invoicing?

You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. We can invoice you annually. Contact us to start the process.

How can I cancel the subscription? Can I get a refund?

You can submit a request for subscription cancellation here. We will process your request within 10 working days.

Note that we do not offer refunds.

Can I retain my unused credit after my account termination?

Credit purchased are not exchangeable in cash nor refundable. Any unutilised credit upon termination will be forfeited.
